販売価格一人あたりの単価制（いずれも消費税込・出張サービス料別途）。ファミリー体験：大人 ¥28,000／子ども ¥15,000（最低 合計4名〜・お子さま1名以上。以降1名単位で追加可）。THE OMAKASE体験：大人 ¥33,000（最低4名〜・お子さまもご参加可。お子さま料金の設定はなく同額）。事前予約割（期間限定・予約申込時点の日本時間で判定）：〜2026/8/31 −15%、2026/9/1〜9/30 −10%、10/1以降は通常価格（体験料金のみに適用・ドリンクは対象外）。出張サービス料10%は割引後の体験料金に加算。例：ファミリー 大人2名＋子ども2名・2026/9/1〜9/30は 体験料¥77,400＋サービス料¥7,740＝計¥85,140。オプションのドリンクボトル（税込定額・割引／サービス料の対象外）：OMAKASE SAKE（日本酒720ml×1本） ¥8,000／OMAKASE WINE -WHITE-（白ワイン1本） ¥9,000／OMAKASE WINE -RED-（赤ワイン1本） ¥9,000／THE OMAKASE SET（日本酒・赤白ワイン 各1本） ¥24,000／PREMIUM SAKE “IWA”（720ml） ¥35,000

キャンセル・解約ご予約はご入金の確認をもって確定し、確定後のご返金は承っておりません。日時の変更は来訪 14日前まで無料／14日以内は同日内での開始時間の変更のみ承ります（いずれも空き状況により）。当日 30分以上開始が遅れる場合はキャンセル扱いとなります。人数の追加は来訪2日前の17時まで承ります。人数の減少は確定後のキャンセル規定が適用され、返金はありません。時間の変更等は info@rusuchu.com までご連絡ください。役務提供のため返品はありません

PricePer-person pricing (all consumption-tax included; travel & service fee billed separately). Family Experience: Adult ¥28,000 / Child ¥15,000 (minimum 4 guests, including at least 1 child; additional guests in any combination). CancellationYour reservation is confirmed once payment is received and is non-refundable after confirmation. Date or time changes are free up to 14 days before your visit; within 14 days, only the start time may be changed on the same day (all changes subject to availability). A delay of 30 minutes or more on the day is treated as a cancellation. Additional guests can be added until 5:00 PM two days before the visit. Reductions in guest numbers are subject to the cancellation policy and are non-refundable. For changes, email info@rusuchu.com. No returns (service)
NotesThe menu is the chef's selection and includes raw fish. We are unable to modify or remove ingredients for allergies or dietary restrictions. If we determine the villa kitchen is not suitable for the experience, the booking is cancelled with a full refund. If we cancel for unavoidable reasons (weather/road), we reschedule or refund

  1. 取得する情報：氏名、メールアドレス、滞在先ヴィラ名、希望日時、人数（大人/子ども）、ご要望。決済情報（カード番号等）は Stripe が処理し、当社はカード番号を保持しません。アクセス解析のため Cookie・閲覧情報を取得する場合があります。
  2. 利用目的：予約対応、決済、当日の役務提供、連絡、品質改善。
  3. 第三者提供・委託：決済処理（Stripe, Inc./米国）、当日サービス提供のため協業職人・ヴィラへの必要最小限の共有。法令に基づく場合を除き、本人同意なく第三者へ販売しません。
  4. 国外移転：海外（米国等）のサービスを利用するため、情報が国外に移転される場合があります。
  5. 保持期間：目的達成に必要な期間、または法令上の保存義務がある期間。
  6. 開示・訂正・削除請求：info@rusuchu.com 宛にご連絡ください（統計化した情報は保持する場合があります）。
  7. 改定：本ポリシーは予告なく改定することがあります。

Privacy Policy

  1. Data collected: name, email, villa name, preferred date/time, party size (adults/children), requests. Card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. We may use cookies/analytics.
  2. Purpose: booking, payment, service delivery, communication, quality improvement.
  3. Sharing/processors: Stripe, Inc. (USA) for payments; minimum necessary sharing with partner chefs/villas to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.
  4. International transfer: data may be transferred overseas (e.g., USA) via our service providers.
  5. Retention: as long as necessary for the purpose, or as required by law.
  6. Access/erasure: contact info@rusuchu.com (aggregated/anonymized data may be retained).
  7. Changes: this policy may be updated.

利用規約

  1. 予約の成立：フォームで予約リクエストを送信→空き状況を自動確認し、空きがある場合は即時Stripe請求書をメールにお送りします→48時間以内のお支払い完了をもって予約確定。送信時点では確定されません。満席の場合は即時その旨をご案内します。
  2. 料金・税：表示単価は消費税込です。別途、出張・サービス料10%を（割引後の）体験料金に加算します。お支払いはカードのみ・現金不可。当日の追加分はその場でカード決済。
  3. キャンセル・変更：ご予約はご入金の確認をもって確定し、確定後のご返金は承っておりません。日時の変更は14日前まで無料／14日以内は同日内での開始時間の変更のみ承ります（いずれも空き状況により）。当日30分以上開始が遅れる場合はキャンセル扱いとなります。人数追加は2日前の17時まで、減員はキャンセル規定により返金なしとなります。時間の変更等は info@rusuchu.com までご連絡ください。
  4. 提供条件：ヴィラにカウンター／アイランドキッチンと設営用テーブルが必要。予約前にキッチン環境を確認し、条件を満たさない場合はお受けできないことがあります。
  5. アレルギー・生食：メニューは職人おまかせで、生魚を含みます。アレルギーや食事制限に応じた食材の変更・除去には対応しておりません。生食を避けるべき方（妊娠中等）にはおすすめしません。食物アレルギー等がある場合の参加はお客様ご自身の判断によるものとし、これに起因する事象について当社は責任を負いません。
  6. 不可抗力：天候・災害・道路状況・感染症等やむを得ない事由による中止は、日程変更または返金で対応します。
  7. 責任の制限：当社の賠償責任は当該予約の代金相当額を上限とします（当社の故意・重過失、生命・身体への損害を除く）。当社の責に帰すべき事由を除き、間接損害について責任を負いません。
  8. 準拠法・管轄：日本法を準拠法とし、札幌地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Service

  1. Booking: submit a request → availability is checked automatically; if open, a Stripe invoice is sent to your email immediately → confirmed upon full payment within 48 hours. Submitting does not confirm the date. If the slot is taken, you are notified instantly.
  2. Price/tax: displayed per-person prices include 10% consumption tax. A 10% travel & service charge is added to the (discounted) experience fee. Card only — no cash; on-the-day additions settled on site by card.
  3. Cancellation/changes: Bookings are confirmed on payment and are non-refundable after confirmation. Date or time changes are free up to 14 days before; within 14 days, only the start time may be changed on the same day (all changes subject to availability). A delay of 30 minutes or more on the day is treated as a cancellation. Additional guests can be added until 5:00 PM two days before the visit; reductions are non-refundable under the cancellation policy. For changes, email info@rusuchu.com.
  4. Requirements: the villa must have a counter/island kitchen and a setup table; we confirm suitability before booking and may decline unsuitable venues.
  5. Allergies/raw fish: the menu is the chef's selection and includes raw fish; we are unable to modify or remove ingredients for allergies or dietary restrictions; not recommended for those advised against raw seafood (incl. pregnancy). Guests with food allergies participate at their own discretion, and we are not liable for issues arising therefrom.
  6. Force majeure: for cancellations due to weather/disaster/road/illness etc., we reschedule or refund.
  7. Limitation of liability: our liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant booking (excluding our willful misconduct/gross negligence and damage to life or body). Except for causes attributable to us, we are not liable for indirect damages.
  8. Governing law/jurisdiction: governed by Japanese law; the Sapporo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
